Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 26, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you access the AGOV website, classified archive experience, documentation, and related interfaces (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy.

Blockchain networks are public. Transactions, wallet addresses, and token balances visible on-chain are not controlled by us and are permanently recorded on those networks.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the Services, the following may apply:

  • Wallet connection data: when you connect a self-custody wallet (e.g. MetaMask), your public wallet address is exposed to the site and to the blockchain when you sign transactions.
  • Technical data: standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, if collected by our hosting or analytics providers.
  • On-chain data: transaction hashes, amounts, and contract interactions are public on BNB Smart Chain and similar networks.
  • Communications: if you contact us, we process the content and metadata of your message.

We do not ask you to create an account for basic browsing. We do not intentionally collect private keys or seed phrases—never share them with anyone.

3. How we use information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the website and user experience.
  • To read blockchain state via RPC providers so presale and token information can be displayed.
  • To comply with applicable law or respond to lawful requests, where required.
  • To detect abuse, fraud, or security issues affecting the Services.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for functionality (for example, remembering UI preferences) or that are introduced by embedded third-party content. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Third-party services

The Services may depend on third parties, including but not limited to:

  • Wallet extensions and mobile wallet apps (e.g. MetaMask).
  • Blockchain RPC endpoints and block explorers (e.g. BscScan).
  • Hosting, CDN, and analytics providers.
  • Embedded media (e.g. YouTube) where present in the archive; those providers have their own privacy policies.

This Policy does not govern third-party services. Review their policies before connecting a wallet or submitting data to them.

6. Retention

Information held by us is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. On-chain data may remain public indefinitely.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to processing. Because much of the data associated with crypto activity is on public blockchains, it may not be erasable. To exercise rights relating to data we control, contact us using the details below.

8. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International users

If you access the Services from outside the country where our infrastructure is located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

11. Contact

For privacy-related questions, contact the project team through the official channels published on this site (e.g. community or support links). Replace this section with a dedicated email or ticketing address when you have one.
